Finca Paradis
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This policy explains how we use personal information relating to fincaparadis.com, enquiries, accommodation bookings, weddings, corporate events and visits to Finca Paradis.
- Who is responsible?
Finca Paradis is promoted by two Spanish companies:
ALMA ESCAPES S.L. · CIF B21716030 · Av. Europa 1, 106, Calahonda, Málaga, Spain.
DUTCH REAL ESTATE S.L. · CIF B93571693 · C/ Don Jose de Orbaneja, Urb. Las Lomas, Blq. 15, 001, 29649 Sitio de Calahonda, Málaga, Spain.
For each booking, the company named as the Provider in the Booking Confirmation is the controller of that booking’s personal data. For website enquiries and marketing, the company handling the activity is responsible for its processing. We will explain any joint arrangements where applicable. Contact: info@fincaparadis.com.
- What information do we use, and why?
We may collect names, contact and booking information, legally required guest identification details, payment and invoice information, event and supplier details, website technical data, and exterior security footage.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, manage bookings and provide services (contract); comply with guest-registration and tax obligations (legal obligation); protect the property and handle claims (legitimate interests); and send optional marketing or use non-essential cookies where consent is required.
- Guest registration and events
Spanish law requires us to collect and report specified overnight-guest information to the authorities. Mandatory professional accommodation registration records are generally kept for three years after the stay. For weddings and corporate events, independent organisers may separately control participant, ticketing and marketing data under their own privacy notices.
- Sharing and keeping information
We share necessary information with booking, payment, IT and other service providers, relevant event suppliers and public authorities when required. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are subject to legally required safeguards. We retain information only as long as needed for its purpose or applicable legal obligations, including statutory accounting retention periods.
- Security cameras
Exterior CCTV helps protect the property and its visitors. Notices should identify monitored areas; cameras are not used in private rooms. Footage is normally deleted within one month unless it must be kept for an incident or legal requirement.
- Website cookies, marketing and photos
Essential cookies may be used for website operation. Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies require consent where applicable; details and choices are provided through our cookie notice/settings. Marketing messages can be unsubscribed from. Identifiable guest photos are used for promotion only with appropriate permission.
- Your rights
Under GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to certain processing, request portability where applicable, or withdraw consent. Email info@fincaparadis.com to make a request. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change.
